Did you know that October 16 to 18 is the weekend of

Make Poverty History's Stand UP Days?

One MPH Chapter is holding a Prayer/Reflection Service that has invited

many faith communities and others to come together and hear

a representative from each of them offer a short reflection

of what they are doing where they are

to Make Poverty History.

The Cafe that sells Fair Trade Coffee will be wrapped in white!

A candle is lit as they come forward and after

we will enjoy Fair Trade coffee.

Register your Stand UP event on the MPH website and be counted

in the numbers around the world that are Standing UP against Poverty.
