Please share your thoughts on the following:
1) The Tooth Fairy:
Yes! ... apparently a parent!
2) Flossing:
Totally necessary!
3) Toothpaste Brands:
Too many! You don't need much either!
Children should not swallow it because of
the Flouride.
4) Orthodontia for Adults:
Great, but costly!
5) Whitening products:
They weaken the enamel and they make teeth
unnaturally white. A little baking soda and a bit of
hydrogen peroxide every once in a while will take
stains out more safely. Be careful not to swallow it.

very to the point.
You are into the not swallowing thing aren't you. LOL. But you are right.
Didn't know the combo was baking soda and hydrogen peroxide.

That's for once in a while, but you're right I wouldn't want to swallow much of any of that, including tooth paste.
I read about the combo in a Reader's Digest Health book. It does work and it's much cheaper and safer too.
Vitamin C turns into hydrogen peroxide in our bodies..it's in us naturally already and is a safe thing to use for disinfecting your tooth brush when illness strikes.
We can re-infect ourselves so easily by reusing an infected toothbrush.
