This is how I decided on my display name. I had written this poem and when when my blog finally got a 'take off' signal - after some fine tuning from Songbird & our Matriarch - the poem seemed to say where I'm at ...but I am always in Spiritual Motion!

It actually is about life and loving, which, of course, means releasing another, or ourselves, to grow, move forward, and change. And in the doing of this discover and offer the gifts God gave each of us.
In other words be ~ free to fly!


Free To Fly

Love liberates; it can only set free,
It offers us the freedom to fully be.
Loving the other is to release them for flight,
They discover their gifts; walk into the light.

Love makes it quite impossible to discriminate, or violate,
It doesn’t need corporate, or personal power, or to dominate.
Love respects all God created, small and large, in every Age,
Each cell of animal and plant, each human through every stage.

Love frees all Creation, and God made us most definitely unique,
Living this love can drench us with the freedom to act and speak.
So, take your love, live it with all your heart and soul, just give it a try.
Show up for life, give joy, and find the lost, opened to life - free to fly!
